We're seeking a highly skilled Risk Assessment Officer to join our team in Hillsboro, Oregon, Tacoma, Washington, and Liberty Lake, Washington.
In this role, you'll provide an independent review and risk assessment of non-Homogeneous loans, ensuring adherence to bank credit policies, underwriting guidelines, and applicable regulations.
You'll also be responsible for managing reviews of loan portfolios; coordinating workflow for a team of review officers, summarizing results, and communicating issues of concern to bank senior management.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, or equivalent and 4-7 years of experience in the specialized field of Credit Review or equivalent experience as an examiner with one of the federal regulatory agencies.
The selected candidate will demonstrate wide-ranging and in-depth knowledge of Credit Review practices/techniques, regulatory requirements, and company policies and procedures.

About the Role:
This is a fully onsite position with occasional travel requirements.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, or equivalent.
4-7 years of experience in the specialized field of Credit Review or equivalent experience as an examiner with one of the federal regulatory agencies.
Wide-ranging and in-depth knowledge of Credit Review practices/techniques, regulatory requirements, and company policies and procedures.
Significant experience demonstrating the ability to oversee and/or conduct medium to high-risk reviews and examinations for a wide variety of industries.
Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve sensitive situations.
Outstanding financial analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
CPA or financial industry professional certification, preferred.
