About the Role:
This position is responsible for overseeing bin location maintenance/upkeep, managing physical inventory controls, accurate and timely order fulfillment, coordinating equipment returns and new stock processing. Additionally, they will maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment and perform daily hardware imaging.
- Shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment are among the daily operations of this role.
- Receive, process, and document equipment returns and new stock orders.
- Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in delivery area.
- Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location order and printing requests.
- Provides quality service by following organization standards.
- Preserve safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area and workstations neat and tidy.
- Completes reports by entering proper information into various systems of record, collaborates with Warehouse Supervisor and assists with annual product lifecycle duties.
- Processes hardware imaging operations while properly asset tagging, computer naming, and maintaining accurate hardware records.
- Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
- Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
- Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security, and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
- May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

About You:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Associates, Vocation or Technical Training in Computer Operations or Operations Management or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 3 years of experience within a warehouse or technology related field.
- Strong problem solving, decision making and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient data entry and record keeping skills
- Working knowledge of laptop and desktop computers and related technology
- Familiar with basic troubleshooting in Windows or Network environments.
- Able to manage priorities and reprioritize when needed, working with minimal supervision and high degree of self-direction and motivation.
- Proficient written and verbal communications.
Workstyle: Fully onsite.

The pay range for this role is $25.75 to $38.63, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
