Responsible for assisting guests with placing reservations, registration, check in and out and payment posting using the Opera software system. Also responsible for answering telephones, filing and stocking gift gallery. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assists guests by telephone and in person.
- Places reservations for guests using the Opera software system.
- Assists guests with registration and check in and out.
- Answers telephones and routes to appropriate location.
- Posts payments received from guests using the Opera software system.
- Files various documents related to the RV Resort.
- Assists the Office Manager with various tasks.
- Stocks items in the gift shop.
- Is knowledgeable of resort layout and amenities and is able to explain the layout and amenities to guests.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate required.
- 1 year experience working in a RV Resort or in the hospitality industry required.
- Able to follow verbal as well as written instructions.
- Basic clerical/administrative experience.
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Documented completion of OLCC’s Promoting Responsible Alcohol Sales & Service required.
- Ability to obtain Class I Gaming License.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks at once.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal and customer relation skills.
- Must have experience making reservations.
