Bakery Associate Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Bakery Associate to join our team at the Seven Feathers Truck & Travel Center and Seven Feathers Casino Resort. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for daily preparation of bakery items under the supervision of our head baker.
Responsibilities
- Produce a fresh and top quality product in a prompt and consistent manner.
- Maintain excellent presentation of finished product.
- E nsure the bakery area is fully stocked to appropriate levels for projected business.
- Perform special projects as requested.
- Maintain confidential information that is received in verbal, written, and electronic media.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years experience working in a busy bakery environment.
- Preparation of baked goods, working with presentations and developing well-rounded culinary skills.
- Intermediate level administrative/clerical skills.
- Intermediate computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Exceptional guest service approach in dealing with vendors, guests and staff.
- A current Food Handlers Certificate is required.
