Job Description
Role
The Identity Access Management Analyst is responsible for managing and overseeing user access and entitlement processes through the use of roles and the "least privilege" security principle. The Analyst protects data and systems from unauthorized access by providing and removing access to applications/systems such as SailPoint, ActiveDirectory, Office365, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage access to multiple systems promptly, ensuring diligent adherence to required time frames.
- Troubleshoot user access issues effectively using available resources to maintain compliance with security policies.
- Handle ticket-related tasks efficiently to meet SLA (Service Level Agreement) goals and maintain service quality.
- Communicate technical issues, resolutions, and updates clearly to clients, coworkers, and leadership through ticketing systems, email, chat, and other channels.
- Proactively suggest new content and enhancements for the knowledge base to improve internal documentation, ensuring it is accurate, efficient, and of high quality.
- Adhere to UMRFV guidelines, Raymond James service standards, and other organizational policies.
