Job Title: TRA-SAT Project Coordinator

Role and Responsibilities
The TRA-SAT Project Coordinator role will assist the existing Security Assurance Testing (SAT) team coordinate multiple testing engagements throughout the year. These engagements include, but are not limited to, penetration tests, security assessments, and ad hoc engagements. Day-to-day responsibilities will involve submitting procurement proposals, coordinating engagement requirements (e.g., meetings, access setup requests, internal team communication), along with 'after actions' that result from the engagement(s). 'After actions' involves acquiring reports from vendors, submitting corrections or adjustments, managing proper storage of documents, and scheduling report readouts with stakeholders. The TRA-SAT Project Coordinator will report to UMRF Ventures Raymond James Management.
This position requires excellent attention to detail, above average communication skills as well as excellent time management and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple Security Assurance Testing (SAT) engagements simultaneously, managing competing deadlines effectively.
- Plan, assign, monitor, review, and evaluate Security Assurance Testing activities to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Assist in budgeting and strategic planning efforts for the Security Assurance Team.
- Organize meetings and manage information requests to facilitate timely collection and delivery of assurance testing data to vendors.
- Delegate, escalate, and track the completion of tasks assigned to the Security Assurance Team.
- Identify Vulnerability Identification Trends (VITs) requiring further action and communicate updates to relevant teams.
- Compose and distribute emails to ETS and non-ETS groups regarding Current Open and Deferred VITs.
- Monitor the Secure Code Assurance Queue daily and document all communications with developers in RITM.
- Assist in generating reports and metrics related to TRA-SAT Project Coordination, utilizing tools such as ServiceNow, Excel, Wiki Gantt charts, and Tableau.
- Maintain thorough documentation of processes, procedures, and assignment progress.
- Communicate effectively with internal Raymond James teams, external vendors, third parties, and regulators.
- Manage time efficiently while maintaining thorough documentation of processes, procedures, and completed assignments.
- Ensure adherence to internal and external communication protocols, meeting weekly with UMRF Ventures management.

- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Intelligence, Business Administration or related degree with relevant experience or combination of education, training and experience.
- Must have worked at UMRFV for 6 months (if internal applicant)
- Performance metrics and work ethics must be exemplary.
- UMRFV Raymond James departmental experience or knowledge and familiar with RJ systems is highly preferred
