Customer Service Representative (Seasonal)

Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a seasonal employee to join our team for the summer season. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional in-person customer service and possess a keen attention to detail. You must be comfortable engaging with clients in-person, reviewing documents, accurately updating computer databases and handling monetary transactions accurately. Prior experience in DMV processing, as a teller, in loan origination, or providing administrative support at a car dealership is a significant plus.

As part of our team, you will provide a valuable service by eliminating the need for clients to wait in long DMV lines. Your responsibilities will include completing DMV-related transactions, administering electronic knowledge exams, engaging with clients in the lobby and supporting your team. You will work alongside a supportive group of agents and managers who are always available to assist you. No two days are the same, and each day will bring new experiences and opportunities to make a difference for our clients and your coworkers

Minimum Qualifications & Physical Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid Alaska driver's license or ID
• Ability to pass a federal background check
• Ability to type 40 WPM, and proficient using 10-key for data entry
• Able to stand for long periods of time and lift 50 lbs. regularly

Education

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

Hours

• Flexible
• Office hours are Monday-Saturday between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM
• Shifts are 8 hours plus a lunch break

Compensation

• Hourly Wage: $20 Depending on Experience
• Audit Accuracy Bonuses ($100 each)
• 10% Commission on additional services paid monthly
