This is a full-time status job posting. The position is, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm.

Responsibilities:
- Answer any customer questions to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Inform customers of promotions and sales
- Keep up to date with knowledge of new and existing products.
- Developing strategies for products and services to meet targets.
- Maintaining sales volume by tracking key performance indicators such as economic indicators
- Maintaining healthy relationships with new and existing clients, and building a strong customer base
- Keeping up to date with developments, trends, and advancements related to sales and marketing.
- Greet guests entering the practice and existing the practice.
- Recommend specific products or services based on the customer’s needs.
- Direct customers to the merchandise they’re looking for.
- Process customer payments
- Clean and stock the sales floor and their workspace
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of proven work experience as a sales representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and EMR systems
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communications, and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs.
- Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships, and network.
- Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale.
- Communication skills, especially persuasion, to convey the benefits of a product to potential customers.
- Display exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to connect with clients and establish trust. We pride ourselves on building strong relationships with our patients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
