About the Role

The Director, Strategic Initiatives will be responsible for leading high-impact projects that are critical to the organization's growth and success. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure the successful execution of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Planning and Execution : Develop and execute comprehensive strategies that align with corporate objectives and market opportunities. Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of strategic growth initiatives.
• Performance Measurement and Reporting : Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of strategic projects. Regularly report on project progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior management.
• Innovation and Change Management : Manage change effectively to ensure successful adoption and integration of new initiatives across the organization.
• Market and Competitive Analysis : Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• Continuous Improvement : Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and practices related to strategic projects.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with senior leaders across the business to ensure alignment and integration of strategic initiatives. Facilitate communication and cooperation among stakeholders.
