Responsibilities
The Front Office Supervisor oversees the day-to-day activities of the Front Office to ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Examples of Duties, includes but is not limited to the following :
- Monitor available rooms to ensure the hotel occupancy is not over / under sold.
- Resolve guest concerns and implement resolutions.
- Schedule labor force and assign work for efficient use of equipment and personnel.
- Ensure compliance by all front office personnel with Company and departmental rules, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure an effective staff by interviewing candidates, recommending candidates for hire, preparing and conducting performance evaluations, verbal counseling, and other disciplinary actions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
