What You'll Do
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage hiring, training, and installation departments regionally
- Conduct weekly meetings
- Develop weekly / monthly & quarterly reports
- Create quarterly and annual forecasting and budgeting to grow our sales
