Unbound Now, a leading anti-human trafficking organization, seeks an experienced residential director to oversee its facility-based services, including a residential home for girls and a drop-in center for youth who have experienced or are at risk of abuse and exploitation. This position focuses on licensing, contracts, billing, policy development and compliance, and financial and programmatic risk mitigation and reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. Understanding of Texas Child-Centered Care (T3C) required. LMSW and Licensed Child Care Administrator strongly preferred.
Job Title: Facility-Based Services Program Director
Job Status: Full Time, exempt (40-55 hours)
Job Location: Flexible, with travel to facilities as needed
Job Summary: The Facility-Based Services Program Director is responsible for all residential licenses and contracts, billing, policy development and compliance, ensuring operations are in compliance with all regulations and contractual agreements, financial and programmatic risk mitigation, and achievement of programmatic goals. A critical component of this position is to ensure Texas Child-Centered Care (T3C) readiness for Unbound Now residential facilities.
Experience and Education:
- Master’s degree or higher in social work
- Child Care Administrator License
- Minimum three years of residential management experience
- Understanding of T3C readiness requirements
Compensation: Annual salary benefits

Schedule/Availability: Monday-Friday 8:30am -5:30pm. Availability on weekends, evenings, or holidays as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Mature Christian faith as evidenced by participation in a local church
- Three references, (supervisor, professional, personal)
- Agree to and pass all required criminal background checks, including DFPS criminal history check and abuse and neglect registry check

Working conditions: Work performed in normal office environment, residential home, or other professional environment. Work duties may on rare occasions be performed in an environment requiring exposure to weather extremes, fumes, odors, and noise.
Travel: This position will require regular travel for on-site facility visits and occasionally for training and team/professional development opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Unbound Now’s residential licenses and contracts
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and contractual agreements.
- Supervise The Reagan House Director/LCCA and the Underground Director
- Ensure trauma-responsive, survivor-centered services in alignment with best practices
- Oversee programmatic results and reporting for Unbound Now’s facility-based services
- Assess for and address any issues found in Unbound Now’s facility-based services
- Bring Unbound Now’s residential services into compliance with all requirements specific to Tier 1: Human Trafficking Victim/Survivor Treatment Services to Support Community Transition, ensuring that all policies and procedures are T3C compliant; training is provided on new policies and procedures as well as the CANS 3.0; any IT changes needed are made to support operating under the new service array; data collection, tracking, and reporting changes are made; and any needed changes to cost collection systems are made to ensure robust cost reporting
- Work with Unbound Now’s Accounting Specialist to ensure accurate and timely billing and receipt records
- Comply with Unbound Now’s policies and code of conduct, including with respect to Unbound Now’s Abuse Prevention and Response Policy.
- Oversee and facilitate as needed, response to alleged incidents and grievances, including incident report and communication to staff, in collaboration with Unbound Now’s COO and Regional Director.
