Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for Unbridled Hospitality Group’s outlets to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role involves managing all aspects of marketing operations, from market research to advertising, promotions, and collateral for each of our outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support business goals.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for product promotion and market expansion.
Brand Management:
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Oversee the development of branding materials and ensure they align with brand guidelines.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various platforms (digital, print, events).
- Manage budget allocations for marketing activities to ensure maximum ROI.
Digital Marketing:
- Oversee SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
- Analyze digital campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
Market Research:
- Conduct competitive analysis, consumer behavior studies, and market segmentation.
- Use data to inform decisions and adjust marketing tactics.
Content Creation:
- Supervise the creation of marketing materials including social media, ads, videos, and other collateral.
- Ensure all content is compelling, accurate, and meets the company's quality standards.
- Photography & videography skills are preferred
Performance Analysis:
- Track and report on key marketing metrics (e.g., conversion rates, customer engagement, sales growth).
- Adjust marketing strategies based on performance data.
Vendor and Agency Relations:
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, PR firms, and other external partners.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years in marketing roles, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial position.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
Skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
