Join our dynamic healthcare team as the Director of Operations for Physician Practices, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our clinical and administrative operations. We are looking for a strategic leader who can drive efficiency, foster collaboration, and ensure the highest standards of patient care across our physician practices. Functions include operations, marketing, finance, managed care/third party insurance, physician compensation and reimbursement, human resources, medical and business information systems, and planning and development. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise to make a meaningful impact within our organization and the communities we serve. Bachelor degree in Business. Five years experience in medical office management position or comparable business experience.
