This position will need to be able to handle a wide variety of tasks, such as pre-construction activities, estimating, problem solving, project financials, cash flow management, and represent our company at meetings.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Prior experience as an estimator and project manager
- Familiarity with construction practices, costs, and procedures
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal building code regulations
- Proficiency in reading and understanding Plans and Specifications
- Proven experience in compiling and adhering to strict budgets
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and project management software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Solid coordination skills and project scheduling experience
- Strong financial understanding and experience in project estimating, budgeting, and cost control
- Prepare cost estimate of probable project costs on material, equipment and labor based on plans and specifications
- Attend and schedule meetings
- Create and manage project schedules
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects, including estimating, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and close-outs
- Monitor project progress, quality control, and safety compliance
- Oversee subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure project milestones are met
- Interpret and apply contracts, construction documents, codes, and all other project requirements
- Anticipate, recognize, and respond to adverse situations
- Maintain construction documents such as submittals, RFIs, change orders, contracts, and AIA billings
- Develop and maintain relationships with owners, architects, superintendents, and subcontractors
- Procure equipment and materials needed for a successful on-time and under budget project
