Overview:
Maintain system configuration, integrations and make changes/updates as needed. Ensure that employee data is audited for accuracy and supply standard reports/ad hoc reports as requested. Responsible for daily operations of employee benefit programs, vendor relationships, employee benefits orientation, and Open Enrollment.
This is a hybrid position, in the office Monday, Tuesday and Thursday each week.

Purpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions)
HRIS –
Create/maintain processes and workflows for HRIS procedures; with a client-centric mindset.
- Responsible for HRIS system configuration, including all modules and company information.
- Audit and correct employee information to maintain data integrity.
- Maintaining User Security and Role Configuration to ensure correct access is assigned for Workday.
- Compiling data for all mandated reporting, e.g.: California Pay Data, EEO-1, and ERISA.
- Run ad-hoc reports for Internal Customers as needed.
- Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot all file integrations with third-part vendors.
Benefits –
- Facilitate Open Enrollment by providing information and support to employees.
- Process all employee benefit elections, including Open Enrollment, Life Events & Newly Eligible.
- Reconcile and submit all benefit invoices to accounts payable.
- Work with third-party benefit vendors to resolve employee issues and/or questions.
- Complete required ACA tracking and reporting.
- Submit and tracker Workers Compensation cases for employees.
- Review and respond to requests for Accommodations under ADA guidelines.
- Oversee FMLA and Leave of Absence process and paperwork.
- Manage annual merit increase process.
- Maintain job descriptions and salary band information for all jobs in Payfactors.
- Serve as backup for payroll processing.
- 2 years of experience preferred
- Workday Experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills – strong desire to help people.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Workday HRIS software.
