Maintain, repair, place, install, facility components that require the application of skills in planning, problem solving, and attention to detail, teamwork, communication and adherence to safety.Perform routine maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and/or the physical condition of buildings do no deteriorate.Use electrical test devices to troubleshoot and repair electrical control circuits.Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary.Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment associated with heating and cooling hydronic systems(piping, pumps, boilers, chillers and cooling towers).Check and record water chemistry in both open and closed loops to provide the proper balance required to maintain and protect the hydronic system.
