This individual will ensure that all creative outputs are aligned with the brand’s identity and strategic goals. The Creative Director will oversee the creation of high-quality content across various platforms, including social media, and will manage the creative team to deliver innovative and engaging brand experiences.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCreative Vision and Strategy : Develop and articulate a clear and compelling creative vision that aligns with the brand’s identity and business objectives. Ensure this vision is consistently executed across all brand touchpoints.Team Leadership : Assemble and lead a network of collaborators that includes design, artistic, and creative abilities.Content Creation : Oversee the production of all brand content, ensuring it is cohesive, professional, high-quality, and reflective of the brand’s inspiration. This includes digital, print, and social media content. Where needed, this person needs to personally produce creative assets and set the bar for what is required.Social Media Management : Direct the brand’s social media strategy, ensuring a strong and engaging presence across all platforms. Develop content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement. Stay updated on social media trends to ensure the continued relevance and competitiveness of the brand.Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated brand messaging.
