Description
The primary purpose of the Assistant Store Manager is to help the Store Manager to ensure the highest level of service to both internal and external customers. The Assistant Store Manager will assist the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, prompt and friendly customer service, as well as a clean, fully stocked, location. The Assistant Store Manager is also responsible for the store profitability, payroll control, and margin of the location.
- 3-5 Years of Previous Management Experience is required, preferably in a Supermarket environment
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must have proven ability to lead and develop a team
- Must be able to stand while walking for entire shift
