Role: Sales Manager – Scrap Material Acquisition
Location: Atlanta, GA
Compensation: $120,000 base uncapped performance-based bonus
About the Role
We’re a family-owned scrap yard that’s been around for 40 years—and we’re looking for a Sales Manager who can do one thing: bring more material into our yard.
You'll spearhead this effort while building a team to support you.
What You’ll Be Measured On
- First 90 days: Increase volume by 500 tons
- Next 90 days: Another 500 tons
- After that: Keep stacking tons and start building your own team
We don’t care how you do it—we’re not here to micromanage. You’ll have full autonomy to figure out your strategy, execute your plan, and build systems that work. We care about one number: volume into the yard.
Who You Are
- Experienced in buying, sourcing, or selling scrap metal or similar commodities
- A self-starter who can operate independently and drive results
- Knows how to hustle and build trust with suppliers and partners
- Interested in long-term growth and eventually building/managing a team
- Comfortable working with a no-BS, results-first family business
