Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $130,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses

Requirements
- 5 years of leadership experience, including 2 years in a senior strategic role
- Experience integrating or merging acquisitions
- Proven track record of growing divisions and driving organizational success
- 10 years in the service industry (landscaping or related fields preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Landscaping Maintenance, Irrigation, and Snow Divisions, driving aggressive growth
- Oversee strategy and operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability
- Use data and metrics to track performance and inform strategic decisions
- Develop systems and processes to enhance division results
- Coach and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture
- Collaborate as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team
- Perform other duties as needed
