Role Overview
The Installation & Warehouse Coordinator plays a critical role in managing the daily operations of our field crews and warehouse. You'll serve as the right hand to the General Manager, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, materials are prepped on time, and quality standards are upheld. This position is ideal for someone early to mid-career looking to grow into a leadership role in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Crew Management – Coordinate crew dispatch each morning, ensuring they are fully equipped and ready to work.
- Subcontractor Management – Build strong relationships with subcontractors and ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Weekly Operations Meetings – Lead team meetings to plan for upcoming work and align on operational priorities.
- Warehouse Oversight – Manage material preparation and delivery, oversee custom fabrication and powder coating, and track upcoming material needs.
- Daily Reporting & Accountability – Check in with crews at day’s end, confirm readiness for the next day, and send recap reports.
- Field Supervision – Visit job sites daily to ensure quality, cleanliness, and accountability.
- Software Management – Use Fence 360 CMS to maintain job records, track materials, and monitor crew progress.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in construction, operations, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using project management or operations software
- Able to “swing a hammer” – basic construction experience is essential
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to hold teams accountable
- Calm under pressure with a proactive mindset
- Reliable, results-oriented, and eager to learn
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (or comfortable in a bilingual work environment)
- Familiarity with Fence 360 or similar CMS software
- Prior experience managing subcontractors or crews
