We are seeking a full-time Manager of Grants to oversee the financial and administrative aspects of grant-funded projects, including budget preparation, financial management, compliance with grant regulations and ensuring successful Single audits.
This role requires strong skills in finance, project management, communication, and problem solving.

What you will do:
· Develop comprehensive budgets for grant-funded projects, ensuring all financial aspects are accurately forecasted and allocated.
· Ensure documentation maintains compliance with grant regulations.
· Oversee all financial transactions related to grants, including processing purchase orders, invoices, and grantor billings and monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.
· Assist in the creation and refinement of grant processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance, ensuring all processes and procedures are meticulously followed to guarantee a successful annual financial audit.
· Participate in regular meetings with grant staff, contractors, and coordinators.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, required.
· 5 – 8 years’ experience in grant management or grant operations, financial management, budgeting, purchasing, and financial reporting. Knowledge/experience of grant writing, a plus.
· Proficient working in Microsoft products, particularly Excel, accounting software and grant management systems.
· Prior Audit experience and CPA License, desired.
· Our ideal candidate must be familiar with compliance and audit preparation processes.
