- Collaborate with marketing and other teams to ensure partner satisfaction and success.
- Mentor and guide a team of skilled account and sales representatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10 years proven leadership in sales and partnership management.
- Expertise in agriculture and progressive farm operations.
- Exceptional negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships and projects with strategic precision.
- Strong financial acumen and proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.

Estimated Salary Range: $148,000-$190,000 per year
