Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze project plans and blueprints to create accurate cost estimates.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to tailor solutions to project needs.
- Prepare detailed material and labor estimates aligned with goals.
- Build vendor and contractor relationships to secure competitive pricing and timely deliveries.
- Present estimates and proposals, highlighting value and feasibility.
- Monitor industry trends to offer innovative, competitive solutions.
- Manage estimation workflows, ensuring accuracy and updates.
- Conduct After-Action Reviews to assess and improve project outcomes. (AAR)
- Support cost management and provide insights for successful execution.
- Facilitate alignment between sales, operations, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in sales or account management, consistently surpassing goals.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to close deals effectively.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and tailor approaches.
- Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) for efficient pipeline management.
- Skilled in data analysis, mathematics, and statistics for accurate cost estimations.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical abilities.
- Experienced in interpreting technical documents and analyzing project requirements.
- Self-driven, customer-focused, and committed to fostering lasting partnerships.
