Looking for an NCO Field Project Manager who will be responsible for planning and coordinating all new club openings, acquisitions, and expansion project activities to ensure goals and objectives are met on time for multiple locations at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe.

Position Overview
The NCO Field Project Manager collaborates closely with the Director of New Club Openings and Operations to oversee new club opening projects. Responsibilities include ordering, tracking, and communicating between corporate teams and operations. This role involves managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while coordinating cross-departmental activities to ensure successful club openings. Additionally, the NCO Field Project Manager will organize and manage events related to new club launches, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with company goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of multiple club opening projects
- Act as a liaison, facilitating NCO communications between the corporate team and operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all new club updates across the organization
- Align stakeholders by tracking, initiating, and validating the completion of essential activities to support club openings
- Plan and execute on-site events, ensuring they remain on track, and highlight risks, issues, and mitigation plans in reports to corporate teams (e.g., Enrollment Center, Presale Event, VIP Event, Grand Opening)
- Complete on-site audits to verify the readiness of NCO milestones
- Assist with ordering, delivery, installation, and tracking of purchased items, ensuring timely arrival of all club-ordered items at each location
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., Asana) to organize and manage tasks effectively
- Conduct on-site or virtual weekly check-ins with teams to ensure accountability and track progress
- Verify the quality and accuracy of all NCO-ordered and installed items to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
- Perform on-site final checks before club openings to confirm all NCO components are in place and operational
- Handle ad-hoc responsibilities and tasks assigned by the Director of New Club Openings
- Perform other duties as assigned
