We are seeking a dynamic commissioned-based Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and maintaining leads in his/her assigned region, building relationships with potential customers and surrounding businesses, and driving sales month over month. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and customer service. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong professional network, strong written and verbal communication skills, experience in at least one or more sales positions, and the ability to join networking groups and positions on behalf of the agency.
Duties
- Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
- Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
- Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
- Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in B2B and retail sectors
- Manage and grow existing accounts through effective account management techniques
- Conduct inside sales activities to promote products or services
- Develop and execute strategic plans to market products effectively
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to address customer needs and provide solutions
- Implement upselling strategies to increase revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-lasting relationships
- Manage assigned territory effectively to maximize sales potential
- Identify available partnerships in the area
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B or retail environments
- Strong ability to manage accounts and drive sales growth
- Familiarity with inside and outside sales techniques and market trends
- Technical sales knowledge is a plus
- Proven ability to effectively upsell products or services
- Previous experience with service-based sales
Skills Required
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products
- Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions

Salary Information
This is a commission-based position with bonus, benefits, and incentive opportunities
- Commissions range from 10% per sale to 15% per sale, based on position and experience.
- Projected salary for Sales Representative closing at least 4 deals per month ranges from
$38,000 to $75,000 , based on performance.
