Role Overview
We’re seeking a Power BI Developer to design and build interactive dashboards and visual
reports that drive both internal insights and customer-facing analytics. You’ll collaborate across
teams to transform raw data into actionable intelligence, supporting a data-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
●Develop dynamic Power BI dashboards for internal ops and external clients.
●Collaborate with business and product teams to define metrics and reporting needs.
●Use DAX, Power Query (M), and advanced data modeling techniques.
●Connect to varied data sources (Azure Synapse, SQL Server, APIs, Fabric OneLake).
●Optimize performance, ensure data quality, and document logic.
●Support integration of dashboards into portals and customer platforms.
Qualifications
●3 years of experience in Power BI development.
●Strong in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
●Experience with ETL, cloud platforms (especially Azure), and large datasets.
●Bonus: Construction, logistics, or field services data experience; familiarity with APIs,
Python/R, Power BI Embedded, or Power Apps.
