**Responsibilities:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards. They will also test-drive vehicles and components, diagnose vehicle systems, and communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional services needed.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of service technician experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- B-level qualifications, including diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair
- Dexterity, requiring a steady hand and excellent hand-eye coordination
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills, as well as the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
- A positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
- Able to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
