Who you are
This internship is for undergraduates with an interest in accessibility or user experience, and seeking experience on a Content Accessibility Team. Reporting into our Senior Manager, Content Accessibility, you will be supporting our work to make our content and products more accessible. This includes making improvements to the website, such as fixing heading levels, creating transcripts for videos, adding alt text to images, and cleaning up tags. Additional support may include helping us to start implementing some of the changes to our website.
This internship will be based out of our NYC office 3 days per week, and one half day remote. Pay rate: $25/hour.

- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Strong writing and research skills
- Quick learner
- Technical skills: Google Suite, content management systems, some familiarity with or at least an understanding of code (HTML)
- Bonus: some knowledge of WCAG or general accessibility issues like color contrast, page order, focus, keyboard accessibility, etc.
