Job Title: Project Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of field operations, including scheduling, workforce coordination, and site logistics.
- Ensure project plans and specifications are followed and that work meets company quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Enforce safety standards, conduct regular inspections, and lead toolbox talks.
- Manage material deliveries, equipment usage, and overall job site organization.
- Monitor progress, track project milestones, and provide regular updates to project managers.
- Identify and resolve construction-related challenges in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, RFIs, and change orders.
- Assist in project close-out, ensuring punch lists are completed and necessary documentation is provided.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in commercial construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control, and blueprint reading.
- Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).
- HCAI/OSHPD experience preferred
- Prior work history for General Contractor preferred
