Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding across the URW US Organization.
- Partner with Business Leaders and People Business Partners to attract top talent for both external hiring and internal mobility. Champion an inclusive and forward-thinking hiring strategy that attracts diverse and top-tier talent.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in alignment with hiring best practices and an exceptional candidate experience that reflects URW’s values and culture.
- Work closely with the People Ops team to drive recruitment efficiency, utilizing data and key recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
- Source passive candidates through various platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Co-develop US employer branding strategy with SVP of People and execute strategy internally and externally.
- Partner with the business to innovate their existing onboarding processes. Ensure a thoughtful, clear, efficient and engaging onboarding experience for new hires (or new to role).

- Has a minimum of 7 years of recruitment experience.
- Possesses strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and corporate recruitment processes.
Compensation:
- $50-$65 per hour
- This is an onsite opportunity based in Century City.
**This is a contract position; we are looking for candidates to work for approximately Three (3) to Six (6) months, with the possibility of an extension or conversion at the end of the term.**
