What You’ll Do:
- Be the voice of our practice — answering incoming calls with a warm, professional attitude
- Assist patients with scheduling, payments, questions, and concerns
- Accurately update patient information in Open Dental software
- Follow proven scripts designed to create positive, effective conversations
- Work closely with teammates to hit call center performance goals
What You Bring to the Table:
- 1 year of Call Center or Dental Front Office experience
-Bilingual (English/Spanish) — a MUST!
- MUST know Open Dental software
- Strong attention to detail and fast, accurate data entry
- Comfortable handling a high call volume while staying positive
- Knowledge of dental/medical terminology is a PLUS
