Job Title: Bilingual (Spanish/English) Call Center Representative – Dental Consultations
Position Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate, motivated, and bilingual (Spanish/English) Call Center Representative to join our dental practice. In this role, you will connect with prospective patients who have expressed interest in treatments such as dental implants, veneers, and "Teeth-in-a-Day" solutions. Your primary focus will be to understand their dental concerns, assess their readiness for treatment — including financial options — and schedule them for consultations at our office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and engage with potential patients who have inquired about dental services through online forms or assessments.
- Communicate fluently and professionally in both Spanish and English.
- Identify the patient’s chief dental concerns and what motivated them to seek treatment.
- Collect essential information including their location, dental history, and the timeline of their dental issues.
- Provide clear and accurate information about treatment options and consultation procedures.
- Discuss cost expectations and present financing options when needed.
- If the patient expresses interest in financing, inquire gently about their credit readiness.
- Schedule in-office consultations based on both patient and clinic availability.
- Accurately document all patient conversations, updates, and scheduled appointments.
- Reinforce the importance of appointment attendance and respectfully request advance notice if a cancellation or reschedule is necessary.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet appointment-setting and service quality goals.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory.
- Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role — dental or medical background is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accurate data entry.
- Ability to discuss financial options and credit inquiries with professionalism and care.
