Business Development Center Representative

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation followup: Identify and engage potential clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team by qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for follow-up calls and internet leads.
• Customer Service: Provide high-level customer service, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of communications, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or business development.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to handle objections and turn prospects into qualified leads.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. (We use Advent, and will provide training for you)
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Motivated, results-driven, and self-starting attitude.
• High school diploma.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
