Overview
We are seeking a talented Flooring Sales and Project Manager to build client relationships, estimate costs, and oversee flooring projects. The ideal candidate will close sales and manage projects within budget to client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships with General Contractors and Land Developers.
Prepare cost estimates by reviewing project plans and designs.
Coordinate with vendors and installation teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience in sales, estimating, or project management (flooring or construction preferred).
Strong interpersonal communication and sales skills.
Existing relationships with General Contractors and Land Developers preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary : $50,000–$80,000 (based on experience and relationships).
Unlimited commission structure with high income potential.
