**Job Summary:**
Under the direct supervision of the F&B Manager/Supervisor, this position involves mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons of the bar at Unicoi State Park & Lodge.
**Qualifications:**
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements include knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the role. Must have food handler's certification and TIPS certification or obtain within 15 days of hire.
**Responsibilities:**
- Takes orders and serves food according to service standards.
- Mixes ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
- Serves wine, draught, or bottled beer.
- Collects payment for drinks served.
- Requisitions liquors and supplies.
- Arranges bottles and glasses for an attractive display.
- Prepares garnishes such as fruit slices.
- Replenishes bar snacks.
- Informs guests of promotional activities.
- Adheres to Accounting practices and standards.
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the outlet.
- Coordinates with the kitchen for food preparation and serving.
- Handles bar closures and ensures proper storage and lockup procedures.
- Monitors customer alcohol consumption responsibly.
- Complies with state laws and regulations.
