What Youll Do:
- Bring menus to lifefrom planning to plating
- Keep operations running smoothly (and cleanly!) behind the scenes
- Taste, test, and tweak to make sure every dish hits the mark
- Take the lead in training and supervising kitchen staff
- Manage food inventory and purchasing with a sharp eye for cost control
- Collaborate on special event menus and guest experiences
- Ensure the kitchen is a safe, efficient, and positive place to work
What Were Looking For:
- A culinary degree or relevant experience (bonus points for both!)
- Leadership chops and a team-first attitude
- A passion for food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- The flexibility and availability to work nights, holidays and/or weekends should be doable
