Network Support Engineer

The Selected Candidate Will Perform The Following Duties

We are looking for a Network Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to customers and collaborate with our global technical team. This role is ideal for a problem-solver with a passion for networking and a desire to work hands-on with cutting-edge industrial networking products.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer technical questions from customers and end users regarding product usage.
• Collaborate with the senior technical team to resolve issues.
• Set up labs for product demonstrations and recreate reported customer issues.
• Accurately record and document customer problems and solutions.
• Assist in product testing and provide feedback to the development team.
• Stay updated on new product features and enhancements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelors qazdegree in a technical field (Engineering, IT, etc.) preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in Mandarin as a plus
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies.
• Hands-on experience or knowledge of network equipment is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Network related knowledge strongly preferred
• Network related certifications such as CCNA, CCNP strongly preferred
