We are currently accepting resumes for a QA Analyst L2 position in Torrance, CA.
This position is Hybrid. Onsite on Tuesday/Thursday
Salary Range: $127k-$137k

The Selected Candidate Will Perform The Following Duties
Daily Tasks Performed
" Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results, and test status.
" Collects and analyzes data for software process evaluation and improvements, and integrates them into business processes to address the business needs.
" Documents all problems relating to technical environment, software performance, program functionality, and system usability.
" Develops new approaches to solve problems identified during quality assurance activities.
" Assists product development teams to improve the quality of their products by providing clear requirements for the implementation of solutions.
What Will This Person Be Working On
" Quality Analysis: Analyzing the performance of the Digital Sales platform by identifying areas for improvement through data collection from various sources including user feedback.
" Test Planning: Creating detailed test plans that outline the scope of testing activities required for each release cycle including manual tests as well as automated scripts where applicable.
" Defect Tracking: Logging all identified defects into a tracking system ensuring they are prioritized based on severity levels before being assigned back out again once resolved by developers or other relevant parties involved within this process flowchart structure setup internally here at our company headquarters located downtown near central park area close proximity public transportation options available nearby too!
" Reporting Results: Providing regular updates regarding progress made towards achieving goals set forth initially during project kickoff meetings held periodically throughout year typically quarterly basis depending upon workload demands placed upon team members working collaboratively together achieve common objectives aligned overall strategic vision mission statement guiding principles core values upheld consistently across entire organization globally speaking terms here today now.

Required Skills - MUSTS
BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience.
" In-depth knowledge of QA practices, policies, and procedures.
" In-depth knowledge in creating and maintaining Quality Assurance documentation (Test plan, test case/test scripts, defect log).
" Strong experience in using QA Functional and Performance testing tools to create, maintain, execute scripts, and interpret results using Oracle and/or SQL Server.
" Advanced ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
" Advanced ability to document technical issues clearly.
" Advanced ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
" Advanced ability to understand both functional & technical requirements & be able to adapt to new technologies when needed.
" Advanced problem-solving skills including troubleshooting/debugging in a highly complex environment.
" Intermediate programming/scripting skills.
" Advanced ability in Release/Build engineering.

- 5 years of experience in quality assurance/testing experience
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in using QA tools such as JIRA or similar
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- 5 years system development, testing, and/or business analysis experience
