Conduct full-lifecycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and extending offers. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to attract the best talent.
Develop diverse candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, advertising, networking, referrals, and industry contacts.
Inform and educate passive talent about client's mission while delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment. Experience recruiting in the biotech/pharma industry is preferred by not required.
Comprehensive knowledge of full-lifecycle recruitment, including strong sourcing skills, successful networking and pipeline building, thorough behavioral interviewing and candidate assessment skills, as well as strong negotiation and closing skills.
Experience with various sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, internet postings, networking, social media, and other cost-effective non-traditional methods.
