What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Recruiter position at Unicon Pharma Inc?
- Conduct full-lifecycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and extending offers. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to attract the best talent.
- Develop diverse candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, advertising, networking, referrals, and industry contacts.
- Inform and educate passive talent about client's mission while delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment. Experience recruiting in the biotech/pharma industry is preferred by not required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of full-lifecycle recruitment, including strong sourcing skills, successful networking and pipeline building, thorough behavioral interviewing and candidate assessment skills, as well as strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience with various sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, internet postings, networking, social media, and other cost-effective non-traditional methods.
