Position Title - Manager, Established Products Program Coordinator

Essential job duties
- Create and maintain integrated cross functional project plans, forecast and demand projections, and scenario plans in Planisware.
- Create, maintain, and distribute scope control reports.
- Provide tracking and reporting of EP Metrics.
- Collaborate with cross functional team members in the Project Management Team.
- Engage in cross organizational partnerships and collaboration with key business partners.
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
Principal responsibilities
- Provide coordination support to the Project Management and Clinical functional teams as assigned to ensure completion of deliverables that are balanced for quality, timelines and resources.
- Create and maintain cross functional project plans and team reports and provide resource management support to ensure the completion of deliverables balanced for quality and timeliness.
- Schedule and maintain regulatory filing, approval, and launch strategy related milestones.
- Facilitate critical path analysis and optimization planning. Assist team in determining schedule and resource requirements.
- Build, maintain and share key event maps from Planisware.
- Assist the Program Manager in providing short term and long-range planning, resource, forecast and demand management support to the Compound Development Teams (CDTs).
- Facilitate team communications by maintaining and tracking cross-functional timeliness, deliverables, and milestones including cross project dependencies.
- Generate program reports and communications to ensure team and program alignment of deliverable expectations.
- Assist functions in determining schedule and resource requirements.
- Conduct contingency planning and scenario analyses and propose opportunities to accelerate planning and optimize resource allocation.
- Conduct scope control analyses from a planning and forecasting perspective and translate the data to insights in reports.
- Identify continuous process improvement opportunities concerning the planning and forecasting environment.
Minimum qualifications and related experience
- A bachelor's degree in scientific or business management discipline is required; a post-graduate degree is preferred.
- Commanding knowledge of and experience with MS Project, Planisware, or similar planning tool, is required.
- Knowledge of and experience with pharmaceutical product development, clinical development, and lifecycle management is required.
- Hands on experience with extracting knowledge and insights from structured and unstructured data is preferred. This may include design thinking, robotic process automation, generative artificial intelligence, data mining, visualization, predictive analytics, and/or big data analytics.
- Clear and transparent communication, organization, self-awareness, interdependent partnering and collaboration, and stakeholder management are required skills and abilities.
- Previous experience with working in a global matrix organization with cross functional teams and cross organizational business partners is preferred.
- Experience with process excellence is preferred.
Other requirements
- Management Professional (PMP) or another project management certification is preferred.
- Up to 10% international travel may be required.
