Basic Duties Basic Qualifications: Leadership Behaviors: DRIVE INNOVATION: Generate new or unique solutions and embrace new ideas that help sustain our business
1. Identifies, researches, evaluates, establishes and drives strategic alliance/ joint venture opportunities with national or large scale organizations and/or networks as needed to grow revenue for Certified Technical Experts Inc. (CTE).
2. Collaborates as needed with CTE leaders to prioritize implementation of referral source alignment strategies and execution of opportunities based upon appropriate operational timelines.
3. Works directly with Healthcare Network or major Account partners to identify expected performance or quality benchmarks and communicates these expectations to appropriate Company leaders, to support the teams' execution of needed systems and care metrics.
4. Serves as a strategic counselor to all product line Sales and Operations teams as appropriate, advising on proactive marketing campaigns, messaging and needed tactics to support key growth initiatives.
5. Collaborates and provides assistance with needs for quality assurance process improvement, best practices/accomplishments and/or areas of risk to improve lead generation and account relations.
6.Conducts/Coordinates lectures, presentations and/or education symposiums as needed to inform current, potential and future clients of CTE s capabilities.
7.Use oral and written communication skills for effective working relationships, interactions with customers, and exchange of information within team and outside to potential clients when seeking opportunities for revenue growth through business development.
8.Must meet quarterly goals assigned by leadership to include small business and commercial milestones. (For Ex: Three signed contracts per quarter; 3-5 business meetings weekly, etc)
9.Business Development Representative will devote as much time, attention, and energy as necessary to complete or achieve the following:
- Building market positioning by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
- Identifying trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
- Locating or proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
- Developing negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
- Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Protecting CTE's values by keeping information confidential.
- Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Enhancing CTE s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Submit Weekly Activity Report Detailing progress and tasks for the week.
Bachelor's degree
Demonstrated experience leading complex sales processes that involve multiple team members and multiple decision makers
Prior experience leveraging social media technologies for networking purposes
Excellent influence and negotiation skills
Must be motivated and self-disciplined
Strong time management skills
Demonstrated community involvement and activity with industry associations, civic and/or non-profit groups
Exhibit strong business acumen, skills and maturity
Exhibit exceptionally strong communication, presentation, analytical and organizational skills
