Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the center's daily operations and administrative tasks
- Ensure the front office runs smoothly and is well-maintained
- Manage opening and closing responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between clinical staff and parents
- Lead and supervise up to 100 personnel as the center expands
- Responsible for staff's weekly schedules and patient appointments
- Order necessary supplies and equipment, replenishing as required
- Report and coordinate the resolution of facilities-related issues, working closely with vendors and maintenance teams
- Strong customer service skills and ability to create a customer-focused culture
- Dedication to fostering inclusion and belonging for all
- Adhere to and enforce company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Experience and Education
- Minimum of two years managing a healthcare facility
- Experience interacting positively with patients
- Associate degree in healthcare administration preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
