Key Responsibilities
- Support passengers with wheelchair assistance during arrival and check-in processes.
- Operate a computerized system for wheelchair support, ensuring smooth boarding, baggage service, and resolution of related complaints.
- Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine efficiently.
- Collaborate with Ramp Service Agents to manage wheelchair, stroller, and gate-checked bag availability.
- Operate various equipment, including the jetway and carrier-specific software.
- Resolve customer service issues related to wheelchair-bound passengers.
Requirements
- Flexible schedule to accommodate varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive lifting tasks.
- Frequent walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, crawling, and stooping required.
- At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
- Completion of ramp and SIDA training for airport authority identification security.
