Job Description:
We are seeking a Process Improvement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will use various methodologies to drive process improvement initiatives in all areas of the company. You will work closely with production personnel to gather and analyze data, identify and implement improvement opportunities.
The successful candidate will have analytical thinking skills, be able to leverage systems and analysis tools, and manage by example. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, ensure relevant key metrics are monitored, and provide financial justification for process improvement investments.
