**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Textile Production Enhancement Leader, you will play a vital role in driving innovation and improvement in our textile production processes. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring relevant key metrics are monitored and tracked to maintain achieved benefits.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing process improvements to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase efficiency
- Collaborating with production personnel to gather and analyze data to inform decision-making
- Providing financial justification for process improvement investments
A bachelor's degree in textile engineering, industrial engineering, or a closely related field is preferred, along with extensive experience in textile production, product development, dyes and chemicals, and filament fiber production. Experience with statistical process control or lean manufacturing is also desired.
