What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Manager - Wastewater Treatment position at Unified Business Technologies Inc?
The construction requirement is to replace existing Stehekin Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) with a modern facility.
Project scope includes demolition and removal of existing package skid and tanks, rehabilitation and upgrade of the building, and installation of new recirculating textile filter treatment system capable of meeting new discharge permit standards set by the State of Washington Department of Health (DOH). The new treatment system will be simple to operate and capable of meeting new DOH groundwater discharge permit requirements. This project will also eliminate the biosolids handling process in favor of a primary tank to reduce overall operations and maintenance requirements.
Project Location: Stehekin, Washington - North Cascades National Park Complex
**This is a short-term project for 6-8 weeks**

Requirements:Construction Management Representative (CMR) Capabilities / Qualifications:
- OSHA 30
- 5 years construction management experience
- Must have Wastewater treatment experience
- Federal experience (strongly preferred)
- The CMR’s experience, including project list, CMR’s associated responsibilities and dates.
- Must be able to provide cost estimating and ability to read and interpret plans, schedules, and specifications.
- Computer Proficiency in MS Teams, Word, PDF, Excel, Document Sharing Programs
- **Must be willing to live in a remote location in Stehekin, WA for this project**
