Provide construction quality management/construction quality assurance for repair, renovation, and modernization for various projects located at Ft. Liberty, Fayetteville, NC, the contractor shall provide requested services in the following manner, in accordance with the needs of the government
Projects:
- Ft. Liberty Records Room Conversion, Ft. Liberty Clark Health Clinic
- Ft. Liberty Sump Tank Liner Repair, Womack Army Medical Center Energy Plant
- Ft. Liberty Replace Generator Switchgear, Womack Army Medical Center Energy Plant
- Ft. Liberty Surgery Suite & Blood Donor Center, Womack Army Medical Center
- Period of Performance Base Contract: CQM/ QA Support Services for the below listed projects located at Ft. Liberty, NC. For the period of 10 February 2025 through 9 February 2026. One person shall perform construction quality management on projects 1,2 and 3. The same person can split his/her time between these three projects: 1) Ft. Liberty Records Room Conversion, Ft. Liberty Clark Health Clinic 2) Ft. Liberty Sump Tank Liner Repair, Womack Army Medical Center Energy Plant 3) Ft. Liberty Replace Generator Switchgear, Womack Army Medical Center Energy Plant
- Period of Performance Option Year #1: CQM/ QA Support Services for the below listed projects located at Ft. Liberty, NC. For the period of 10 February 2026 through 9 February 2027. One (1) FTE shall perform construction quality management/quality assurance on project 1 and the other (1) FTE shall perform construction quality management on project 2: 1) Ft. Liberty Replace Generator Switchgear, Womack Army Medical Center Energy Plant – After project completed, this person shall perform CQM/QA Services for project 2, Surgery Suite & Blood Donor Center. 2) Ft. Liberty Surgery Suite & Blood Donor Center, Womack Army Medical Center – There will be 2 FTEs for this project beginning October 2026.
- Period of Performance Option Year #2: CQM/ QA Support Services for the following project for 10 February 2027 through 9 February 2028. Two (2) FTEs shall perform construction quality management on Project #1: 1) Ft. Liberty Surgery Suite & Blood Donor Center, Womack Army Medical Center – two (2) full time personnel
- Period of Performance Option Year #3: Provide the CQM/ QA Support Services for the following project for 10 February 2028 through 9 February 2029. Two (2) FTEs shall perform construction quality management on Project #1: 1) Ft. Liberty Surgery Suite & Blood Donor Center, Womack Army Medical Center – two (2) full time personnel
- Period of Performance Option Year #4: Provide the CQM/QA Support Services for the following project for 10 February 2029 through 9 February 2030. Two (2) FTEs shall perform construction quality management on Project #1: 1) Ft. Liberty Surgery Suite & Blood Donor Center, Womack Army Medical Center – two (2) full time personnel
- A minimum of ten years of relevant field experience working in building construction/renovation/ modernization and shall have prior experience utilizing and participating in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Three-Phase Inspection Process as well as prior experience utilizing and following USACE EM 385-1-1, Safety and Health Requirements Manual
- CQM
- Letter of Commitment, signed
- Mention educational background, work experience, and applicable qualifications
- Ability to use RMS
- All contractor personnel must have a valid state-issued driver’s license or other state issued picture ID and other appropriate ID required for National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) Clearance
