Caregiver (Full-Time)

Caregiver Opportunity – Join Our Team!

We are seeking compassionate individuals to provide essential care and support to residents with developmental disabilities and mental health disorders at our assisted living facilities located in Spokane. If you’re dedicated to making a positive difference, we’d love to hear from you!

Available Shifts:

• Days: Sun, Mon, Tues, 1/2 Wed shift 6 am - 6 pm.
• NOCs: Sun, Mon, Tues, 1/2 Wed shift 6 pm - 6 am.
• Shifts are 12 hours.

Duties:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including grooming, bathing, and dressing
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Implement behavior management techniques as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Follow care plans and assist with medication reminders
• Support residents in social activities

Requirements:

• Knowledge of assisted living facilities and resident rights
• Familiarity with long-term care practices and developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Experience in caregiving or related fields preferred

Training & Incentives:

• Free Training provided
• Incentive Bonus for completing training within the first 90 days

Compensation:

• Pay: $19.20 - $21.50 per hour
• NOC and Weekend Differential Pay available
• Expected Hours: 40 per week

Experience & Certifications:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
